PHOENIX ordering system now operating as expected

We have applied a fix to our ordering system and are currently monitoring the status, it is currently operating as expected and we are on track to resume with your usual delivery service.

We would request that should you have received duplicate orders that you hold on to them if you are able to make use of the stock. By keeping hold of these duplicate orders, it will help to manage stock returns in the short term, allowing us to continue to effectively process and deliver your orders.
