On 23rd October 2026, PHOENIX completed the acquisition of Adhera Dispensing Ltd.
The acquisition supports PHOENIX’s long-term strategy as the pharmacy market continues its shift towards hub and spoke dispensing.
Adhera will continue to operate independently while benefiting from PHOENIX ownership and investment.
